When you delete a user account from the "Antek" application, it's a decision with no turning back. It's like erasing the email assigned to this account from the database. Once done, there's no way to recover any data. So, proceed with caution.
After deleting the account, measurement data and data regarding the child's date of birth, birth date, child's gender and parents' height in the anonymised form are stored in the database for research purposes.
Step-by-step deletion instructions:
- Log in to the application with the account you want to delete
- Open the profile tab
- Select the Delete Account link
- The system will display a popup asking you to confirm the deletion
- Confirm that you want to delete the account
- The system will send a verification code to the email address associated with the account
- Enter the verification code in the designated place
- Confirm the entered verification code
- The system will log you out of the application
- You will not be able to log in to the deleted account.
